A letter to your friend inviting him to your village home for the coming Eid-ul-Fitr.
Dear Ripon,
I hope you're doing well and feeling good. Thanks for your last letter. I wanted to let you know that I'm also doing fine here. I heard that your school is going to have a break for Eid-ul-Fitr soon. During every Eid, I visit my village home to spend time with my family and friends there. This time, I have a special invitation for you to join us and celebrate Eid together in my village.
It would make me really happy if you could come and stay with us for a few days. We'll have a great time together on Eid day. There's a plan I've made for what we'll do. First, we'll go to the Eid prayers at the Eid ground where everyone from the village gathers. After that, we'll greet the people there and also visit our friends and neighbors.
We'll keep visiting different places throughout the day, and the best part is that we'll get to eat lots of tasty foods and sweets. In the afternoon, we can go to the "Eid-ul-Fitr Mela" near the Madumati river. It's like a fair where you can see and buy things made by people from the village. It will be a new and exciting experience for you, and you can talk to the villagers and learn about their lives.
Eid is a time when we connect with each other's hearts and promise to live according to our religious teachings. I'm looking forward to celebrating this meaningful day with you.
I'll tell you more details when we meet. Please send my best wishes to your parents, and give my love to your younger brothers and sisters.
Yours always,
Asif Mahmud
