Subject: Request for Improving the Library

Dear Sir,

We're happy to share that our college library is quite good. It has many textbooks and reference books. However, we believe that there's a need to make the library even better. We think it should have books about interesting facts, novels, stories, and poetry too. The furniture here is quite old, so updating it would be great.

We kindly request you to consider these improvements for the library. It would be very helpful if you could arrange for more diverse books and newer furniture. We're hopeful that you will consider our request and make the necessary changes to enhance our library facilities.
