Letter for Describing The Annual Prize Giving Ceremony of Your School.
Dear Zakaria,
I hope this letter finds you well. It's been a while since we last spoke, and I've been eagerly awaiting news from your end. I trust that everything is going smoothly for you and your family.
I'm excited to share some good news with you! Our school's annual prize giving ceremony took place yesterday, and I wanted to give you a quick rundown of what happened.
The school premises were beautifully decorated for the event, and everything kicked off at 2 p.m. with a recitation of the Holy Quran. There were plenty of seats set up for the guests, teachers, and students to comfortably enjoy the ceremony. The special guest for the event was our local Member of Parliament (M.P.).
The school's headmaster started things off by sharing the annual reports, highlighting the achievements and progress of our school. Then, the chief guest, who was the M.P., delivered an inspiring talk, boosting everyone's spirits. Afterwards, it was time for the exciting part – giving out the prizes to the winners. I was lucky enough to receive two prizes myself!
As the ceremony wrapped up around 6 p.m., the headmaster extended his gratitude to everyone who had made the event possible.
That's about it for now. Please send my warm regards to your parents, and don't forget to share my greetings with your younger siblings as well.
Wishing you all the best,
Your dear friend,
Tawhid
