Subject: Request to Fix Broken Roads

Dear Sir,

I am writing to you as a representative of the residents of Joynagar village. I want to inform you about the serious damage caused to our village roads due to the recent flood. The main road that connects our village to Dulalpur has been badly affected, and several smaller roads branching off from it are also in terrible condition. These roads have practically become impassable, and vehicles cannot use them anymore.

This situation has caused a lot of problems for the villagers, especially the students who attend various schools and colleges. Even walking at night has become risky due to the numerous holes and gaps in the roads. Therefore, it is of utmost importance to urgently repair these damaged roads.

I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter. We hope that you will take prompt action to restore our roads and alleviate the difficulties we are currently facing.
