Write a letter to your younger brother describing the importance of physical exercise
Dear Shafayat,
I hope this letter finds you well. I was really glad to hear about your fantastic performance in your school exams. Congratulations on your excellent results and for securing the second position in your class!
I want to talk to you about something important today. You're really smart when it comes to studies, but I've noticed that you don't pay much attention to taking care of your health. Sometimes, you seem sad and not very energetic. You know, having a healthy body is just as important as having a smart mind. If you don't take care of your health, your mind won't work as well, and everything around you might start feeling boring and uninteresting.
Imagine this: even if you have a lot of money and cool stuff, if your body isn't healthy, you won't be able to enjoy any of it. But there's a simple way to change this. It's called "physical exercise." Basically, moving your body through activities like running, playing sports, or even just stretching can do wonders. It helps your muscles and bones grow the right way. It also makes your stomach stronger, which means your body can process food better. When your blood flows nicely through your body, you stay healthy and strong. Your brain also works better when you exercise, which means you can concentrate more on your studies. And guess what? When you exercise regularly, you'll start feeling happier, more energetic, and you'll even look smarter.
So, my advice to you is to start doing some physical exercises as soon as possible. You can do this alongside your schoolwork. Just a little bit each day can make a big difference.
Take care of yourself and remember, I'm here for you.
With lots of love,
Shah Alam
