Subject: Request to Improve Common Room Facilities
Hello,
I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to talk about something important regarding our school's common room. I've noticed that we don't really have good options for spending our free time and learning new things there.
The common room isn't in great shape. We only get two newspapers, and honestly, that's not enough for all of us students here. Another thing is, we can't play indoor games there. I think having some games would be really fun and help us relax between classes.
Also, there aren't many chairs and tables in the common room. This means there's not enough space for all of us to hang out comfortably. As a result, we often end up just wandering around the school grounds during our free time.
Considering all of this, I kindly request that we make some improvements to our school's common room. It would be great if we could have more reading materials and some indoor games. Also, having more chairs and tables would make the place much more inviting for all of us.
Thank you for considering my request. I believe these changes would make a positive difference for all the students here at Munuria High School.
