Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I am a regular student of class vii of your school. My father is a government service holder. I could not pay my school fees for the months of August and September in time as my father was away from home for his official work. Ad a result my name had been struck off the rolls.

I, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to remit the delay fine and grant me to re-admission after taking the regular fees only.
