Paragraph | Annual Cultural Function Of Our School

The annual cultural Program of S.T. High School was held in the school premises yesterday. On this occasion the school compound was nicely decorated with colored papers, flowers, festoons and placards. The Headmaster of the school presided over the function. The Chittagong City Mayor attended the function as Chief guest, while the District Education Officer was present as the special guest. Distinguished guests, elite guardians and general people attended the function. The events of the day long program were included music, recitation, dance story-telling, extempore speech and chorus. The function was followed by distribution of prizes. The chief guest in his speech attributed the need for such a program in the school. The program was ended by staging a one act play written by a teacher of the school. The whole function gave much delight to the audience. A senior English teacher conducted the whole program. We felt proud for organizing such a successful function.
