E-mail is a wonderful invention of modern science. It plays a very important role in this modern world of business and communication. E-mail means electronic mail. It is a scientific way of sending messages, data and pieces of information to others within a few seconds. Communication through e-mail can be done between two persons or two offices or two organizations at home and abroad. To operate an e-mail system, two sets of computers or mobile sets and a modem connected with a network are required. It also requires an e-mail account number. One is used by the sender and the other by the receiver. The sender has to write his name, e mail address receiver's name, e-mail address, date, time and message or text Pictures, videos, documents can also be sent through e-mail. If the receiver is on line, he receives the e-mail instantly. And if the receiver is not on line, he will receive it when he will be on line. As e-mail is cheap and secured, it is becoming popular day by day.
