Subject: An application for sinking a tube well.

Dear Sir,
I, on behalf of the inhabitants of Rupgonj, beg to draw the attention to the fact ours is a big village. About 2500 people live here. But sorry to say that there is no deep tube well here. We have to drink water from ponds and canals and other unsafe sources. As a result we are attacked with various diseases. So we suffer a lot for pure drinking water. We need at least a tube well.

I, therefore, hope that you would kindly sink a tube well in our village as early as possible.
