Dialogue | Spending Summer Vacation
Hasem: Hi Sujon! How are you?
Sujon: I'm good. What's going on with you?
Hasem: I'm also good, thanks to God. What are you thinking about right now?
Sujon: I'm remembering the incident of how I had a great time during my summer vacation.
Hasem: Can you tell me about it?
Sujon: Sure! I went to my village home in Mymensingh. I was very happy to see familiar faces waiting for me.
Hasem: Were they happy to see you?
Sujon: Definitely! They were really happy to see me. They welcomed me warmly. I also liked their simple and rural way of life.
Hasem: What did you do there?
Sujon: During my long stay there, I did many things that brought me joy. The best part was that the village was free from city noise.
Hasem: Did you go to the river?
Sujon: Of course! One day, my cousin and his friends planned a boat ride on the Brahmaputra River. We had a great time riding the boat.
Hasem: Sounds like you had a lot of fun. Did you make friends with them?
Sujon: Yes, I made friends with some of my cousin's friends. I visited their homes now and then and enjoyed their hospitality.
Hasem: Wow, it sounds like you had an amazing summer vacation! I wish I had been there with you!
Sujon: I also visited a village fair in a nearby village. It was very crowded but enjoyable. It would have been great if you were there too.
Hasem: I'm really excited hearing about your experiences. Thanks for sharing.
Sujon: You're welcome.
