Sir,
I, on behalf of the students of your school, would like to inform you that the people of southern part especially Bhola and Patuakhali have been greatly affected by the recent flood. They have no food, cloth or shelter. They are leading a miserable life. Many organizations have come forward to helping them. We also want to help them if you kindly permit us to participate in the relief fund raising programme.

I, therefore, hope that you would kindly permit us to participate in the Relief Fund  raising programme for the flood victims and oblige there by.
