Parts Of Speech

Noun: আমরা যা দেখি তাই noun।
যেমনঃ chair, table, white-board, duster, light etc.

Pronoun : noun এর পরিবর্তে বসে।
যেমনঃ he, she, it, they, we, etc.

Adjective : noun বা pronoun এর দোষ-গুন, অবস্থা, সংখ্যা,পরিমাণ ইত্যাদি বুঝায়।
যেমনঃ good, bad, nice, beautiful, brilliant etc.

Verb: কোনো কিছু করা, ধরা, হওয়া, যাওয়া, খাওয়া ইত্যাদি কাজ করা বুঝায়।
যেমনঃ play, come, go, take, drink etc.

Adverb: verb, adjective অথবা অন্য কোন Adverb কে modify বা নির্দেশ করে।
যেমনঃ slowly, fast, very,  nicely etc.

Preposition: pre মানে পূর্বে এবং position মানে অবস্থান।অর্থাৎ, preposition noun বা pronoun এর পূর্বে অবস্থান করে।
যেমনঃ in, on, at, to, of etc.

Conjunction: দুই বা ততোধিক শব্দ বা বাক্যের মধ্যে সংযোগ ঘটায়।   
যেমনঃ and, but, or, though, since, as, because etc.

Interjection: সুখ, দুঃখ, আনন্দ, বেদনা বা আশ্চার্য্য প্রকাশ করে।
যেমনঃ Oh! Ah! Hurrah! Alas! Well done! etc.

Parts Of Speech চেনার উপায়

Example: Nation, Importance, Kindness, Honesty, Childhood, Scholarship etc.

Pronoun: I, we, you, he, she, they, it etc.

Adjective: ic, ive, ous, less, ful, al, ble যুক্ত word, সকল সংখ্যা, রং এবং degree.

Example: Active, Famous, Beautiful, National etc.

Adverb: ly যুক্ত Word.

ব্যতিক্রম Adjective: amazing, interesting, charming, exciting, lovely, homely, friendly, lonely, costly etc.

Preposition: at, in, into, to, up, upon, on, by, for, from, of, off, with, without, within, after, before, along, among, between, about, beside, besides, against, over, above, under, down, below, behind, across, via etc.

Note:  সকল preposition এর পরে verb বসলে gerund হয়। শুধুমাত্র to এর পরে fv বসে।

Conjunction: and, but, or, since, as, because, though, although, if, unless, till, until, while, as if, as though, so, therefore, as soon as, so that, so…that, either…or, neither…nor, hardly/scarcely had…when, not only…but also, no sooner had…than, both…and, lest…should etc.

Interjection: যে সকল শব্দের পরে (!) চিহ্ন বসে।
