My dear Salam,
I am much shocked to hear that you have been hospitalized for gastric ulcer. It is not a serious disease at all. If you take medicine regularly, you will come round within a week. I should be beside you in the hospital. But you know that my examination is going on. So, I shall meet you just after my examination. Don't be disheartened. You will recover soon because medical science is much advanced now.
No more today. Take medicine regularly. May Allah bless you.
