Dear Sir,

We kindly request your attention to the fact that our college is one of the best in town. Many students come to this college from distant places, and they have to leave their homes early. As a result, they have to spend a significant amount of time on campus. During this time, they require a proper meal or tiffin.

Unfortunately, since there is no canteen available on the campus, students have no option but to buy their tiffin from nearby roadside eateries. This not only proves expensive but also unhygienic. Moreover, these places are often frequented by unfriendly individuals, making it uncomfortable, especially for female students.

Therefore, we earnestly appeal to you to take the necessary steps to set up a canteen on our college grounds. This will greatly alleviate the difficulties faced by the students and provide them with a more comfortable and secure environment.
