Application for Permission to Go on A Study Tour/Excursion

Subject: Request for permission to go on a study tour/excursion.

Dear Sir,

We, the students of Class X in your school, respectfully ask for your permission to go on a study tour to Cox's Bazar and Bandarban during our summer vacation. We believe that visiting these places would be an enriching experience for us. The daily routine of classes can become monotonous and tiring, and a study tour would provide a refreshing change.

Moreover, this study tour will expand our knowledge and understanding of different places. We are fortunate to have two teachers who have agreed to accompany us on this trip. The group will consist of 15 individuals, and we plan to spend two days at each location.

To make this tour possible, we have calculated that we will need Tk. 2000/- from each student. We are willing to contribute Tk. 1500/- each, but we require an additional Tk. 7500/- to cover the expenses.

Therefore, we humbly request you to kindly authorize Tk. 7500/- for this purpose and make the necessary arrangements to ensure a successful trip.
