Subject: Request for Improving Facilities in the School Common Room

Respected Sir,

We, the students of class 10, want to express that our school has a room where all students can relax together. This room is big and has lots of air, but it doesn't have modern things like fans and water. There are very few places to sit too. It's especially tough when it's really hot in the summer. Also, we really need clean drinking water in that room. So, we hope you can organize these things for us soon.
