Subject: Request to start an English language club.

Dear Sir,

We are students in classes 9 and 10 at your school. We are learning English using a method that focuses on communication. This method helps us learn four language skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. We know it's important to learn English and we want to improve these skills. But in class, we don't get many chances to practice speaking and listening. So, we need a special time and place for this. An English language club is the best answer. Our English teacher, Mr. Kamruzzaman, also wants to help us with the club to get better at speaking English. So, we hope you'll let us make an English language club at school. This way, we can get better at speaking and the other English skills too.
