A person who isn't healthy can't live a regular life. That's why people say, "Health is like having a lot of money." When your body and mind are both doing well, you're in good health. To stay healthy, you need to follow some health rules. I follow these rules because they're really important.

Eating the right kinds of foods is important for staying healthy. This means you should eat foods that have different things your body needs, like carbs, protein, minerals, fats, oils, and vitamins. It doesn't mean you have to eat only expensive foods. Even cheaper foods can be good for you. Everyone in our country can get good and healthy food if they want to.

Being careful about what you eat is important. Some people who have a lot of money and education like to go for a walk in the morning. They know that waking up early and going to bed early helps you stay healthy. It's also a good idea to do some exercises like walking, swimming, or riding a bike to stay in shape. Drinking enough water is important too. And of course, you need to rest and sleep well to be healthy.

To stay healthy, you should stay away from food that's gone bad or isn't clean. There are some things you should avoid doing to stay healthy too. Smoking or taking drugs is really bad for your body and mind. Living a simple and relaxed life is also good for your health. So, try to be stress-free and not worry too much.

As a student, I know that if I want to help my country, I need to be physically and mentally strong. That's why I make sure to follow these health rules carefully.
