Liberation War Of Bangladesh Paragraph

In 1971, a big event happened in Bangladesh. Before that, other people from another place ruled our country. These rulers from a place called Pakistan were not nice to us. They took advantage of us and made our lives hard. People here were unhappy, and they didn't support the rulers in an election in 1969. 

Then, on the night of March 26, 1971, the Pakistani army hurt innocent people. Many people were hurt badly that night. But our brave citizens didn't give up. They stood up against the attackers. They got together and fought back. A new temporary government started in a place called Mujibnagar. People of all ages joined in the fight. Ataul Gani Osmani led our fighters. Our country was split into eleven parts for the fight. Even though we didn't have good weapons, we had strong love for our country.

Even the women in our country joined the fight. During the war, the Pakistani soldiers and their friends did very bad things. They stole, broke things, hurt people, and did awful things to women. But our people didn't lose hope. They kept on fighting. Later, the soldiers from India, who were our friends, helped us. They attacked the Pakistani soldiers from all sides. Finally, on December 16, 1971, the Pakistani soldiers gave up. But before that, they killed our smart people.

After nine months of fighting, Bangladesh became free on the world map.
