Gender Discrimination Paragraph
Gender Discrimination means treating males and females differently when it comes to their rights as people. This is a big problem in Bangladesh and it starts when people are born. Girls, women, and elderly women who don't have much support are the ones who suffer the most. There are several reasons for this unfairness. People have wrong ideas because of society's beliefs, traditions, misunderstandings about religion, and the way society is organized.
Parents sometimes think that having girls is a problem and they try to have fewer of them. They believe that boys can help the family more than girls can. So, they take better care of boys. This way of thinking has bad effects on the girls and women in families. They might not feel good about themselves and this can lead to problems with their health and how they're treated. Also, girls often can't go to school like boys can.
But we can make things better. People need to understand that everyone, whether male or female, is equally important. We should teach people about important things and get rid of wrong beliefs and old ideas. This is the way to solve this problem and make things fair for everyone.
