Paragraph My Country Bangladesh

Bangladesh is a country in South Asia that's mostly surrounded by the Indian sub-continent. Its capital is Dhaka. In the past, Bangladesh was ruled by the British and then by Pakistan. But on December 16, 1971, after a difficult nine-month struggle against the Pak-army, it gained its independence. People here speak Bangla as their main language, which they fought for in 1952 even at the cost of lives. English is also spoken and used for official things. They use different languages in different areas.

Most of the people in Bangladesh are Muslims, but there are also Hindus, Christians, and Buddhists who live here peacefully. The climate here is pretty good for health because it's not too hot in summer or too cold in winter. There are six seasons in total. It rains about 203 centimeters on average. Bangladesh is a country of rivers, and its main rivers are Padma, Meghna, Jamuna, Brahmaputra, and Surma.

The main things they grow in Bangladesh are rice, jute, tea, tobacco, and sugarcane. About 80% of the people live in villages, and they mostly work as farmers. They have their own customs and traditions to lead their lives in a religious and organized way. Muslims celebrate festivals like Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Azha. They go to the mosque to pray and greet each other. Hindus celebrate Durgapuja, while Christians have Christmas Day, and Buddhists observe Buddha Purnima.

People from all walks of life in Bangladesh live together peacefully. The country is very beautiful, attracting visitors and tourists. There are special places to visit, like the world's longest sea beach in Cox's Bazar, St. Martin Island, Kuakata sea beach, the Shat Gambuj Mosque in Bagerhat, the Sundarbans Mangrove forest (the world's largest), and the remains of the Buddhist Bihara in Paharpur.
