Subject: Request for English newspaper in the student common room.

Respected Sir,

I want to say that right now, in our student common room, we have three newspapers in Bengali, but there isn't any newspaper in English. In our college, we have some very smart students who really want to read English newspapers. These students talked to me about not having an English newspaper in the Student Common Room. I told them that we will soon have an English newspaper available in the Student Common Room.

So, I kindly ask you to please make arrangements for an English newspaper to be provided in the Student Common Room starting from next month. This would make our smart students happy.
