Dear Sir,

We, the students of the English Department, want to share our concern about outsiders visiting our college often. This is causing issues for us. They move around, make noise, and disturb us. They even bother our female students. Sometimes, they even sit in our classrooms. This is causing a lot of problems for us.

We kindly ask you to please take action to prevent these outsiders from coming into our college. We want to have a peaceful and safe environment for our studies.
