Earthquake Paragraph
An earthquake is when the ground suddenly shakes a lot. It happens because of different reasons. Sometimes, the earth has deep cracks or volcanoes that erupt. When volcanoes release hot stuff called lava, it makes the ground shake a lot. If there's a line where the earth has a crack in a place, there's a big chance of earthquakes there. Sometimes, gases deep inside the earth try to come out, and that can cause an earthquake too.
Bangladesh is in a place where earthquakes happen often. But many people there don't know how bad it can be. Because earthquakes happen a lot there, experts are paying more attention to them now. If a big earthquake happens in Bangladesh, lots of buildings in cities could get destroyed because they're not made to be safe in earthquakes. Some experts think that the many small earthquakes in recent years might mean a big one is coming. Others experts say not to worry too much, because even though there are some cracks in the ground in Bangladesh, they might not cause a really big earthquake. Still, both groups of experts think a big earthquake could happen and be very dangerous.
So, to stay safe from this possible danger, we need to know why earthquakes happen and what they can do. We shouldn't build houses without asking experts so they can help us make houses that won't fall down in an earthquake. Most importantly, the government should make rules for how to build strong buildings that can handle earthquakes. That way, if there's an earthquake, the damage won't be as bad.
