Working Women in Bangladesh Paragraph

Bangladesh is a country with many people but not much money. Half of the people are women. Women are important in our society and economy. In the past, women were mostly expected to do housework and take care of children. But things are different now. Women are now contributing to society by working for money and being involved in politics. They work in various jobs to satisfy their needs. They work like men, as doctors, teachers, government workers, pilots, and even politicians. They work alongside men and make more money for their families. These days, a lot of women work in factories that make clothes. However, they don't always get treated fairly. They work in fields and carry heavy things to build roads and buildings. They do a lot of hard work, but they don't always get paid as much as men. Their work is seen as less important, which is not fair. They struggle to make enough money to live and take care of their families. Sometimes, their husbands and relatives treat them badly at home. This makes their lives very difficult. Still, they keep trying to earn money and support their families. Now, men in families are starting to understand that a country can't really develop and become better without women being a part of it.
