Application for Construction of a Bridge

Subject: Request for Building a Bridge.

Dear Sir,

I am writing on behalf of the people living in Hashara. I want to bring your attention to an important issue concerning our village. There is a big canal close to our school and market. Many people, including students, need to cross this canal daily. When the weather is dry, there are no boats available. The only way to get across is by walking. However, this has become difficult for children and especially girls because the canal has become deeper and wider nowadays. This becomes even more challenging during the rainy season. A small bridge over the canal would greatly help us solve these issues.

Given the circumstances mentioned above, I kindly request that you take the necessary actions to construct a bridge over the canal. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
