Application For opening a common room/reading room

Imagine your school doesn't have a place where students can gather or read. This makes students waste their free time without purpose. You really need a place like that.

Subject: Request for a Common Room/Reading Room

Dear Sir,

I'm writing on behalf of the students at your school to respectfully ask for something important. Our school in Daulatpur is one of the largest, but sadly, it lacks a common room or reading room. Because of this, students don't know how to spend their free time between classes, and sometimes they talk idly or wander around. This can disturb the classes and disrupt the learning environment.

We strongly believe that having a common room/reading room in the school is very necessary. Therefore, I sincerely request and hope that you could please arrange to create such a space for us. This would really help us and make our school better.
