Dear Sir,

We, the people living in Gunaritola village, want to kindly bring to your attention that our village has around five thousand residents. Sadly, we do not have a single tube-well here. This is causing a big problem because we have to drink dirty water from the ponds. This is making many of us sick with illnesses like diarrhea, dysentery, and cholera. Sometimes, these diseases even take lives. If we could have a few tube-wells in our village, it could save many lives.

Given the situation, we kindly request and hope that you can approve the installation of at least three tube-wells as soon as possible. This would greatly benefit our community and we would be very grateful for your support.
