Subject: Request for Vaccination

Respected Sir,

We want to let you know that a disease called smallpox has spread a lot in our neighborhood. Many people here haven't gotten a special shot to protect them from it. We told the local Health Department to quickly set up a way for people to get this shot, but they haven't done anything yet to help save people's lives.

So, we kindly ask if you could please do something fast to make sure everyone gets the shot they need to stay safe from this sickness. We're hoping you'll help us out with this.
