Bangladesh at a Glance Paragraph
Bangladesh is a country in South Asia on the world map. It's next to India on three sides and Myanmar on one side. It became free in 1971 after a nine-month-long, violent war. Dhaka is its main city. The land area is 147,570 square kilometers, and around 150 million people live there. Bangladesh has many rivers, like the Padma, Meghna, Jamuna, and Kornofuli. The soil is good for growing crops. People grow rice, jute, wheat, potatoes, tea, and fruits like mangoes, jackfruit, and pineapples. Different groups of people live together peacefully. The natural scenery changes with the seasons and looks lovely. Bangladesh is like a beloved child of nature. Our country has many places to visit, such as Cox's Bazar, the Sundarbans, Paharpur, Foyes Lake, and Kuakata. We have a rich history and culture. I love my country a lot and feel proud of it because it's very beautiful.
