Hope you're well. I just got your letter with the great news. Congrats on your awesome results! My upcoming exam is getting really close, and I really need the book "Advanced Learner's Communicative English" by Chowdhury & Hossain that I lent you a while back.

Since you're not using the book right now, could you please return it as soon as you can? I'd really appreciate it. If you need it again in the future, I'll be more than happy to lend it to you after my exam.
