My Childhood Memories Paragraph
My Childhood Memories
People often like to think about the past. Even though the present might be good, the past feels really special. The memories from when I was a kid are my favorite. I think about them a lot. When I'm not feeling great now, I remember the days when I was a child to feel better. We can't remember everything from when we were kids. But some things stay in our minds, even if we don't realize it. Sometimes, these memories come back to us.
I grew up in the village where I was born. When I was six years old, my dad enrolled me in the village school. I went there for four years. On my first day, I was scared because I didn't know anyone. The other kids were playing around. I was worried. But my classmates were really nice to me, and that made me feel better. I was nervous when I met the headmaster, but he was kind and friendly, which made me relax. The teachers were helpful too. I liked being around people and talking to them from a young age. So, I could handle different situations easily. I have many happy memories from my early life. I used to play by the big Teesta river. I liked being there during all the seasons. Whenever I wasn't home, I was by the river. In the summer, I and my friends would sneakily take mangoes, liches, blackberries, and other fruits. Sometimes, we would forget to eat our lunch.
I also remember the village market. It happened twice a week near the Teesta river. I would usually go there with other kids. But these good times didn't last long. My dad got a job at a school in the town, so we all had to move there. Leaving my village was really sad for me. Even though I'm young now, I still think about the happy times when I was a kid in my lovely village.
