My First Day At School Story

When I was a little kid in January, my dad said I had to go to the closest Primary School with him the next day to start going to school there. I was really excited about this news and couldn't sleep well that night because I was so excited. The next morning, I woke up really early and we walked to the school, which wasn't very far from our home. My dad took me to the headmaster's room, and my heart was beating fast. But the headmaster had a nice smile and talked kindly, which made me feel better. He asked for my name, and when I told him, he seemed happy and said I was a smart boy. Then he showed me a chart with letters and asked me to say some letters, which I did correctly. After that, the headmaster called a teacher and told him to take me to my class. I said goodbye to my dad and went into the classroom with the teacher. The teacher welcomed me and gave me a seat in the classroom. The other kids in the class were friendly to me and made me feel really happy.
