Paragraph on Your Native Village

Our village is called Sreepur. It's located in the Pirojpur district, specifically under the P.S. Bhandaria. It's not too big, being about 2 miles long and 1 mile wide. A river flows on the southern side of the village. We have a big field where we grow lots of corn on the eastern side. Around 1,500 people live in our village, and they come from different jobs or professions. We have farmers, workers, traders, teachers, and shopkeepers. There are also artisans who live here.

Our village is doing well economically. Most of the houses are made of bamboo, wood, or sheets of metal called corrugated iron. But we also have some houses made of bricks. We have good ways to get around the village. There are two solid roads that connect the village to the main town. They are made of bricks and are in good condition.

In our village, we have two primary schools for young children, a small post office, and a market called a bazar. There is also a madrasah, which is a school where students learn about Islamic teachings. We have several mosques and an Edgah, which is a special place where Muslims gather for prayers during festivals.

I feel really proud of my village.
