Subject: Request to Start an English Language Club

Dear Sir,

We are students at your school. We're currently learning English using the communicative method in our classes. This method helps us with four language skills: writing, reading, listening, and speaking. We understand how important it is to learn English, and we're eager to improve these skills. However, we have limited opportunities to practice speaking in the classroom. To address this, we believe having a dedicated time and space would greatly help. We think creating an English language club is the perfect solution. Our English teacher, Mr. Kamal Uddin, has kindly agreed to supervise the club.

We kindly request your permission to set up an English language club within the school premises. This would greatly enhance our spoken English and other language skills. Your support in this matter would be highly appreciated.
