A Dialogue About Issuing A Transfer Certificate
Myself: May I enter, sir?
Headmaster: Yes, please come in.
Myself: Good morning, sir.
Headmaster: Good morning. What can I do for you?
Myself: Sir, I am here to request a transfer certificate.
Headmaster: A transfer certificate? It's May, and we're only halfway through the year.
Myself: I understand, sir. However, my father, who is a Government officer, has been transferred to Khulna. My family will be relocating there.
Headmaster: I see. Can't you continue here for the remainder of the academic session?
Myself: I'm afraid that won't be possible, sir. The cost of living here is beyond my father's means in the new situation.
Headmaster: Do you have any relatives in the area who could support you?
Myself: Unfortunately, I don't have any relatives with whom I can stay, sir.
Headmaster: Where is your application for the transfer?
Myself: Here it is, sir.
Headmaster: Have you cleared all your tuition fees?
Myself: Yes, sir. Here is the receipt.
Headmaster: Everything seems to be in order. Your application for the transfer is accepted.
Myself: Thank you, sir.
Headmaster: You should now meet the head clerk, and they will process the transfer certificate for you.
Myself: I appreciate your assistance, sir.
Headmaster: I wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.
