A DIALOGUE BETWEEN TRANSFER CERTIFICATE-T.C. DIALOGUE Jsc Ssc Hsc
Dialogue between a Student and Headteacher about Issuing a Transfer Certificate:
Student: May I come in, sir?
Headteacher: Yes, come in. Good morning, how are you?
Student: Good morning, sir. I'm fine. How are you?
Headteacher: I'm doing well. Please have a seat.
Student: Thank you, sir.
Headteacher: So, what seems to be the problem?
Student: Well, sir, my father has been transferred to Sylhet due to his job. My family will have to move there, and I won't be able to continue attending Narsingdi High School. I need a transfer certificate to join a school in Sylhet. Can you please issue one for me?
Headteacher: I understand your situation. However, obtaining a transfer certificate requires some official procedures. I can't issue it directly without permission from the Chairman of the Education Board.
Student: Oh, I see. How can I get the necessary permission then, sir?
Headteacher: Don't worry. You need to submit an application for the transfer certificate. I will forward your request to the board Chairman and seek the required permission for you. You have been a good student, and I'll do my best to help you with this process. Come and see me tomorrow, and we'll move forward with it.
Student: Thank you, sir. I really appreciate your help. I'll submit the application as soon as possible.
Headteacher: You're welcome. It's my pleasure to assist you. I wish you the best of luck with your transfer and your studies in Sylhet.
Student: Thank you, sir. Goodbye.
Headteacher: Goodbye. Take care and stay focused on your studies.
