A dialogue between two friends about early rising

Friend: Hey there, how are you doing?

Myself: I'm doing well, and you?

Friend: I'm also doing well.

Myself: What brings you here so early?

Friend: Oh, I always wake up early in the morning.

Myself: Oh, really? Any particular reason?

Friend: Yes, I believe early rising is beneficial for one's health.

Myself: Oh, how so?

Friend: Well, it's a good habit that allows you to have ample time for yourself. You can start your day with morning prayers, enjoy the fresh air, and even get some physical exercise.

Myself: Interesting. Are there any other benefits?

Friend: Absolutely! Early risers can also enjoy the soothing sound of birds chirping, take a leisurely walk on the grass, and experience the tranquility of the morning.

Myself: But what about enjoying the cozy comfort of the morning bed?

Friend: Ah, I understand that, but do you know that early rising is considered more important than spending time in bed?
