A dialogue between two friends by chance meeting

Asrar: Hi Rafi! How are you doing?

Rafi: Hey Asrar! How's it going?

Asrar: I'm doing pretty well, thanks. How about you?

Rafi: I'm good too, thanks. It's been ages since I saw you. Where have you been all this time?

Asrar: I went abroad for a few years, just got back last month.

Rafi: Where did you go?

Asrar: First, I went to Saudi Arabia, and then I moved to Iran where I stayed for three years.

Rafi: I heard Iran has had lots of problems lately.

Asrar: You're right, Rafi. There have been issues in Iran due to the opposition against their leader, the Shah of Iran. That's why I returned to Pakistan.

Rafi: What are your plans now?

Asrar: I'm thinking of going back to Saudi Arabia in a few months.

Rafi: Why not settle in Pakistan?

Asrar: I do plan to settle here eventually, but it'll take a few more years before I start my own business in Pakistan.

Rafi: You're a Civil Engineer, right? You must be earning good money abroad.

Asrar: No doubt about that. There's good money in foreign countries, but you have to work really hard for it.

Rafi: I guess you also have to spend a lot to maintain your lifestyle.

Asrar: Absolutely. There are many expenses in foreign countries.

Rafi: What are you up to these days?

Asrar: I've started my own motor parts business. I have a shop on Litton Road. It's been about ten years since we last met.

Rafi: True. Are you married, Asrar?

Asrar: Yep. Got married seven years ago, and I'm a dad to three daughters. How about you?

Rafi: I got married seven years ago too. I have three daughters.

Asrar: What does your wife do?

Rafi: She's a science teacher. She's the principal at a high school.

Asrar: That's great. These days, in our country, it's tough to manage expenses if both husband and wife don't work.

Rafi: You're absolutely right. Why don't you come over to my place sometime with your family? We'd love to meet them.

Asrar: We'd be delighted to come visit your wife and kids whenever you invite us.

Rafi: How about coming over this Sunday for lunch?

Asrar: That sounds wonderful! We'll be there.
