A Fisherman Paragraph

A fisherman is someone who catches fish to make a living. This is his job. He lives near water, like a river or the sea. He works really hard. Sometimes he uses nets and boats to catch fish. Other times he doesn't have a boat, but he still catches fish with his friends. Fishermen are always busy. They make and fix their fishing nets and boats. They also paint them. They catch fish in rivers, seas, and other watery places. Their families help too. They make new nets and dry fish in the sun to sell.

Fishing is not easy. Fishermen face dangers. Storms can come while they are out in the water. Some fishermen go fishing at night. They go far into the deep sea. This makes their families worry about their safety. But when they catch a lot of fish, they are happy. Fishermen help us by giving us fish to eat. Even though they work hard, they don't make a lot of money. The government should help them have a better life. Fishermen are important, just like farmers.
