Application for electric fans.

Subject: Request for electric fans.

Dear Sir,

We, the students of your college, want to tell you that our classrooms do not have any electric fans. During the summer, the rooms become very hot and uncomfortable. It becomes almost impossible to attend classes in the summer season. Simply hanging a few electric fans in the classrooms can help us with this problem.

So, we kindly request you to arrange for a few electric fans in each classroom, which would greatly help us and make our learning environment more comfortable.
