Dear Sir,

I am Sandhya Sen, a student of BSS 1st year at Phulbari Degree College, Dinajpur. As I live quite far away, about six kilometers, I have to rely on the bus to reach college regularly. To avail reduced bus fare, I am in need of an identity card.

Therefore, I humbly request you to kindly issue me an identity card, which will greatly help me with my transportation expenses.
