Dear Sir,

I hope you are well. I am writing to bring to your attention the issue regarding the limited facilities in our school's common room. The number of indoor amenities available for the students is insufficient. This scarcity becomes more noticeable considering the number of students we have. During free periods, many of us find ourselves with little to do other than engage in idle conversations. Presently, we only have access to a daily newspaper and a carom board in our common room.

I believe that if we had additional newspapers, magazines, journals, story books, and even some playing instruments, our off-time could be utilized more productively. These materials would provide opportunities for reading and entertainment. I kindly request that you consider allocating more resources to enhance the common room's facilities.

During our leisure time, we face a shortage of indoor sports equipment like carom boards, chess sets, and table tennis.

Additionally, we lack a television set, which is a common source of both entertainment and education. A TV provides a window to the world, allowing us to learn about various cultures and experiences. Furthermore, the absence of an adequate collection of newspapers, magazines, and periodicals deprives us of essential knowledge and insights.

In light of these challenges, we kindly request your attention and assistance in improving our common room's facilities. Your understanding would be greatly appreciated, and we believe that enhancing these amenities would contribute to a more engaging and fulfilling student experience.
