Subject: An application for a bus service.
Dear Sir,
I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am writing to address a matter of great significance. We have been having difficulty coming to school for the past few days. Some students come from far away and can't afford to pay for transportation every day. Most of us are late for the 8am class or miss it altogether because we can't get to school on time.
It would be really helpful if you could approve the idea of starting a school bus service. This would make it easier for us to get to school on time and attend our classes regularly.
We may therefore, we humbly request that you take the necessary steps to implement a school bus service.
