Dear Sir,

With due respect, we, the students of class XII of your college / school beg to state that next week the victory day is going to be observed all over the country. Every year our college / school also celebrates / observes the day with great enthusiasm and solemnity to show respect to the martyrs of the country. So, this year we would like to celebrate / observe the day in a gorgeous way. We believe this will strengthen our patriotic zeal. On the day, we also have a great desire to stage a drama including a cultural function. Now we need your kind approval.
