Dear Sir,

We want to tell you that our college library is in bad condition. Many books are old and damaged, and they don't have the information we need. We don't have enough copies of books, so we can't borrow what we require. Also, there is a shortage of reference books.

Additionally, the library lacks literary and science magazines. The supply of daily and weekly magazines is very limited nowadays. We have a shortage of chairs and tables, and the overall environment is not suitable for studying.

Considering these issues, we kindly request you to take necessary steps to solve the problems and improve the library facilities.
