Dialogue Between Two Friends on Visiting the Ekushey Boi Mela
Zafi: Hi Zarif! How are you?
Zarif: I'm good. And you?
Zafi: I'm good too. What a lucky surprise to see you!
Zarif: Definitely lucky! We haven't met in a while. What's keeping you busy these days?
Zafi: I'm caught up with my studies. I'm getting ready for the upcoming BCS exam. So, I have to study a lot every day.
Zarif: Got it. Did you know the Ekushey Book Fair is happening? Have you been there?
Zafi: Yes, I went to the Book Fair the day before yesterday. I really enjoy the Book Fair.
Zarif: Cool! What do you think about the Ekushey Book Fair?
Zafi: It's amazing! It's hard to put into words how much I like the Ekushey Book Fair. By the way, have you gone there recently?
Zarif: No, I'm planning to go there later. I've already made a list of books I want to buy. Have you bought any books?
Zafi: Yup, I got five books—all by Dr. Muhammad Zafar Iqbal.
Zarif: Why only Dr. Zafar Iqbal's books?
Zafi: He's my favorite author. His books mostly talk about our Liberation War and are meant for kids.
Zarif: That's a good choice. I'm thinking of getting some of his books too. I'm also going to pick up two books by Professor Dr. Anisuzzaman.
Zafi: I might join you at the Book Fair again. I'm also planning to buy two novels by Rahat Khan. The whole setup of the Book Fair is really impressive.
Zarif: Sure thing. The Ekushey Book Fair is a source of pride for our country. People from different backgrounds, including foreigners, visit it.
Zafi: You're right. Even foreigners are enjoying the Book Fair a lot. It's a great event for people from all walks of life. Thanks.
Zarif: You're welcome. Let's catch up again soon.
