Dialogue on Visit to a Place of Historical Interest
Zafi: Hi Zarif! How are you doing?
Zarif: I'm good. How about you?
Zafi: I'm good too. I decided to go to Bagerhat. Have you been there before?
Zarif: Oh, that's a great idea! Yes, last fall break, I went to Bagerhat with my dad.
Zafi: Cool! Why did you pick Bagerhat to go to?
Zarif: Bagerhat is a place with lots of history. Many people from different places come to see the Shat-Gambuj Mosque, which is a really old and important building.
Zafi: What cool stuff did you see there?
Zarif: I saw the Shat-Gambuj Mosque, the Mazar of Khan Jahan Ali, and the big Ghora Dighi pond, among other things.
Zafi: Can you tell me about the mosque?
Zarif: Sure! It's a huge old building made by Khan Jahan Ali in the 15th century, with a style from the Moghul period.
Zafi: What's special about the mosque?
Zarif: The mosque is special because it has sixty pillars and seventy-seven beautifully curved domes. Khan Jahan Ali used it as a mosque and also as a court.
Zafi: Sounds awesome! How much fun was your trip?
Zarif: It was really amazing. I still think about it even now.
Zafi: Thanks a lot for telling me all about it.
Zarif: No problem at all. Have a great trip yourself!
