Letter to the Hotel Manager Complaining About the Substandard Service of His Restaurant

Dear Mr. Rashed,

I hope this letter finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to share my thoughts about my recent experience at your restaurant. My family and I have been regular customers of your establishment since it opened two years ago. We have always enjoyed our visits and recommended your restaurant to our friends.

However, I must admit that our last visit was quite disappointing. The food we received was not up to the high standard we had come to expect from your restaurant. Additionally, the service we received from your waitstaff was lacking. They seemed disinterested and provided cold service, which was quite different from our previous experiences.

I understand that you have opened another restaurant in the area and have been dedicating a lot of time to it. While I appreciate your efforts to expand, I believe it's important not to neglect the clients who have been loyal to your original restaurant. We hope to continue enjoying the same level of quality and service that initially won us over. If things do not improve, we may have to consider exploring other dining options.
